Embarking on the Edrington UK office fit-out project presented an exciting challenge that EVM eagerly embraced. Working collaboratively with the S&Co design team, EVM’s involvement commenced at an early stage, with meticulously detailed technical CAD drawings and 3D models, laying the foundation for the production of the final components. This collaborative effort ensured that every material choice resonated with the exceptional craftsmanship synonymous with Edrington’s globally acclaimed spirit brands.
A focal point of our undertaking was the intricate organic feature wall, composed of individual birch ply layers, a technical marvel, precision engineered to perfection. Close co-ordination with the design team enabled us to address the nuanced technical requirements, guaranteeing a seamless integration of this unique design element.
Among our other accomplishments was the creation of an illuminated contemporary ‘Long Bar’, an elegant showcase for Edrington’s prestigious range of premium whisky brands. Crafted from polished aluminium, display plinths were fabricated and carefully over-printed accentuating the subtle colour palette and suggesting the graceful flow of liquid, in harmony with the overarching design theme.
In stark contrast, a visually striking and richly coloured wall mural, conveying the essence of distiller’s artistry, was directly printed onto a high-quality fabric canvas. Installed as a single, impactful piece, the mural underscored the alchemy intrinsic to the master distiller’s craft – a driving force that epitomises Edrington’s unwavering passion and success.
