Providing you with a safety-assured service is an important part of EVM’s business. The recently adopted Corporate Manslaughter Act is new UK legislation that states that all employers have to provide an adequate ‘Duty of Care’ to their employees and contractors in situations of potential risk. Failure to do so now results in serious legal consequences and financial penalties for the principles of companies of all sizes.
EVM’s sign fitters and on-site technicians are aware of the risks associated with their specific area of expertise and are trained and accredited to fulfil your requirements and legal obligations whilst keeping themselves, your employees, and customers safe.
All projects undertaken by EVM are risk assessed and a method statement produced at no cost to you in order to provide you with protection and reassurance. All EVM on-site operatives are card-carrying CSCS accredited and also receive on-going training and certification in First Aid, Utility CAT Scanning, and Scaffolding and Safe Access Training.
